This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, as against the first respondent to take appropriate action against the second respondent and to transfer the enquiry from second respondent to third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction from the respondent police submitted that it is a matrimonial dispute. They have conducted a petition enquiry in CSR No.193 of 2024 and the same was closed on 31.04.2024, since the petitioner and her husband have not co-operated for the enquiry.

3.It appears that the complaint of the petitioner is seeking custody of the child. The petitioner is having a remedy before the concerned 2/4
