ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2025 and subsequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to execute the 3rd respondent order arrived in the peace committee meeting in Na.Ka. A2/1120/2025 dated 03.04.2025 in accordance with law within stipulated time.

2. Even though the prayer in the writ petition is to implement the Peace Committee meeting, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, as it would amount to directing the respondents to act as an executing court. However, the official respondents are directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6 and consider the issue in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
