ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Atham Ali, Advocate for the Petitioner and of A.Albert James, Government Advocate for the respondents), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the period of 15 days to comply the order of this Court in Crl.op(md)No.12503 of 2022, dated 12.07.2022.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not able to arrange the sureties and therefore he could not comply with the said order within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
