O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to provide electricity connection in respect of the house situated at Door No.150, T.S.No.955, Kaliamman Kovil Street, Pettai Road, Begampur, Dindigul District.

2.The petitioner claims title to the above mentioned property under a Will executed by his father on 19.01.1994. The petitioner asserts that his father died on 12.11.1996 and that, therefore, the Will came into effect on such date. The petitioner states that the property was bequeathed to the four sons of his late father including himself. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and his brother's son, namely, Govindaraj. However, the petitioner asserts that a separate door number was allotted to him. The present writ petition is filed in view of the alleged failure of TANGEDCO to act on representation dated 04.09.2021. 3.Ms.M.Rajeswari, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the sole respondent. On instructions, she submits that the application submitted by the petitioner is incomplete. Therefore, the respondent was unable to process such application. She also submits that if a complete application is submitted, the same would be processed within a reasonable time.
