ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2440 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2440 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025 and enlarged the petitioner herein on anticipatory bail. He further submits that due to the financial condition of the petitioner, he is unable to mobilize fund for producing surety and surrender before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2440 of 2025 dated 24.02.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from 2/4

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
