ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy vide the letter in D.No.648/21 dated 01.03.2021 and upon appearance of Mr.D.P.Singh, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.363 of 2018 on 04.09.2019. The Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy, has sought for further extension of time of four months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Trichy, in the letter in D.No.648/21 dated 01.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.In the circumstances, the Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur,
