After hearing both sides, we are more than satisifed that the order passed by this Court has not been breached. We are closing this petition by recording the submission of the learned Standing counsel for the local municipality that the inlet as well as outlet provided in the petition-mentioned pond are being maintained as such and inflow and outflow of the water-body will not be in any way impeded by any developmental work that have taken place.
