Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment with the respondent Department. Earlier, after the death of the father of the petitioner, appointment was sought on compassionate ground to the brother of the petitioner by name Rajan. The respondents also considered the application and gave appointment to the brother of the petitioner in the respondent Department on 03.03.1995. Unfortunately the said Rajan died on 07.04.2008 after suffering a heart attack. There is some dispute between the petitioner's family and her brother's family and it was resolved before the Lok Adalat on 29.06.2015. As per the award passed in the Lok Adalat, the other family members had no objection for the petitioner to get appointment on compassionate ground in the respondent Department. On 28.04.2008, the mother of the petitioner had made an application to the respondents and again on 28.01.2013, another representation was sent to the second respondent. response. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents contends that the petitioner was called on 25.08.2015 to produce the certificate from the Tahsildar and Form No.2 as per Government Letter, dated 06.03.1985, but the same was not responded by the petitioner. He further submitted that if the petitioner produces the two documents as required by the respondent Department, the respondents will consider the case of the petitioner.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to furnish the two certificates as required by the respondent Department at the earliest and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
