ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with notice on the respondents as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against either of the respondents.
2. The petitioner appears to have joined B.A. Corporate Secretaryship with the second respondent College during the academic year 2004-2005. It is the case of the petitioner that while the petitioner was pursuing the aforesaid course with the second respondent College, she got married and therefore, was unable to continue with her education. It is submitted that the petitioner was a meritorious student and she may be given an opportunity to continue with the course from the sixth semester for three subjects.
3. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 24.05.2025 with both the respondents. However, it has not evoked any response. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders and allow the petitioner to write exams if the same is permissible as per the relevant rules and guidelines applicable to the first respondent.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
