4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on the other hand, has submitted that the Look Out Circular was issued only in respect of Crime No.37 of 2022. Thereby, since the purpose of filing this petition has already been resolved, the Look Out Circular would be withdrawn by the respondent Police by following the procedure. 5.Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to file an application, requesting the respondent Police to withdraw the Look Out Circular forthwith. On receipt of the same, the respondent Police is directed to withdraw the Look Out Circular within a period of three weeks.
