ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3, 5 and 6.
2.I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. A mere reading of the same would indicate that the relief is sought against only against the private respondents herein. Even though the petitioner is a senior citizen, his remedy lies elsewhere. No relief can be granted in this writ petition.

3.Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
