O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu by name, M.Sangeetha, aged about 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The petitioner would state that he is known to the detenue for more than 10 years and they fell in love with each other and marriage was also performed on 26.10.2020. However, on the next day, the detenue was taken forcibly from the petitioner and hence, he lodged a complaint on 27.10.2020 to the second respondent. It is further stated that he sent a representation to the first respondent on 24.11.2020. Since no action was taken on the basis of his complaint and representation, the present petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court from the Public Prosecutor's Office through video conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue, who is major, is willing to go with the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1206 of 2020 5.In the light of the above fact, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is closed.
