ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents not to register the case against the petitioner's son namely, Rajesh Kumar under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that one previous case is pending against the petitioner and four cases are pending against his son/Rajesh Kumar. 2/4
