ORDER

The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.22 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to complete the said proceedings, within a time frame. 1/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint of the petitioner was entertained by the learned Magistrate in the year 2022 and the learned Magistrate has not completed the proceedings.

3.The petitioner is not aware of the pendency of the cases before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. The Courts are expected to take up the matters only on chronological basis. Priority cannot be given to the petitioner's case alone. Since the petitioner claims that his case is pending from the year 2022 without any progress, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram shall ensure that there is some progress in C.C.No.22 of 2022. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
