O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to dispose of C.C.No.447 of 2023 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, a case in Crime No.62 of 2023 was registered against the accused and after completion of the investigation, charge sheet is filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.447 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and it is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the accused is intending to go abroad, on account of the pendency of this case, he is unable to take steps to leave this country.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). 4.Charge sheet is filed against the accused very recently and there are number of old cases pending consideration by the trial Court. In the normal 2/4

course, orders cannot be passed in the case like this, for expeditious disposal of C.C.No.447 of 2023, but since the petitioner/accused has submitted that he is intending to go abroad, this Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to expedite the disposal of the case in C.C.No.447 of 2023.
