O R D E R

The present petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.609/2017 for an offence under Section 309 IPC.

2. It is brought on record that the final report has been filed and it is taken cognizance in PRC No.10/2019 and inasmuch the investigation of the case is completed, this Court does not consider it appropriate to quash the FIR at this stage. The petitioner however would be entitled to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is so desirous.

3. In conclusion, this petition is dismissed and the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
