ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is money dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein. Towards discharge of the loan amount, the third respondent has issued cheque and with regard to that, legal proceedings is pending.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No. 315 of 2021 and during the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14905 of 2021 course of enquiry, it was found that the dispute is with regard to the money transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent. Since it is money dispute, the complaint was closed on 30.08.2021.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that finding that there is money dispute between the parties, the enquiry was closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition, this this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
