O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue passport by disposing the petitioner's application acknowledged by the first respondent having file No.MD 2061366695412.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Passport Officer / the first respondent clarified that the return is only seeking the party to bring the trial Court judgement to his notice wherein it has been stated that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ mere pendency of F.I.R. is not a bar to grant a passport. But

mistakenly taking as if he is asking for that crime, he has rushed to this Court and when he approached the authority with the relevant judgment, they will consider the same in accordance with law.

3. The above said submission is recorded and the petitioner is directed to approach the first respondent with relevant judgment and the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
