Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to R3 is dispensed with.

3. All that the petitioner wants is only registration of the petition mentioned lok adalat award. When the certified copy of the said award is presented before the second respondent, subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities, the same shall be entertained and registered.
