O R D E R
The present revision petition has been filed by the Judgement Debtor in Arbitration Case No.37 of 2015 challenging the order passed in E.P.No.248 of 2018 wherein the Executing Court has ordered civil arrest for non-payment of the decree amount.
2.Pending revision petition, the matter was referred to mediation. In the mediation proceedings, the judgment debtor has paid a sum of Rs.70,000/- to the respondent finance Company. The same has also been accepted by the respondent finance Company as full and final settlement of the dues.
3.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication is called for in this revision petition. E.P.No.248 of 2018 shall stand terminated.
4.With the above said observations, this civil revision petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is is also closed.
