This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 01.07.2022, wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of his name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.7 of 2019 maintained by the third respondent. 2.Heard Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the relief sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 01.07.2022 in line with the guidelines given by this Court in Sabari @ Sabarigiri Vs. The Assistant Commissioner of 2/4

Police, Madurai & Ors., reported in 2018 4 MLJ (Crl.) 585. A decision shall be taken within a period of six weeks and it shall be conveyed to the petitioner.
