O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to complete the trial in S.C.No.447 of 2014, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the case against the petitioner / accused No.2 was ended in acquittal on 05.12.2018 by the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
