ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The petitioners are the parents of the sixth respondent. Their grievance is that their son, his wife and his son's mother in law are refusing to vacate from the petition mentioned house. In this regard, the petitioners have given a petition before the official respondents. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders after due enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties, namely, sixth to eighth respondents on notice before passing 2/4

final orders. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
