ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner's children on the ground of compassionate appointment by considering petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2014 within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2014, is directed to be disposed of by the third respondent within a stipulated time.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.06.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
