PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.161 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector to conduct investigation in accordance with law and file final report. ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.161 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent to any other officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on 08.06.2021, the respondent police had filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalaiyam and he further stated that RCS notice was also served on the petitioner. 3.Therefore, there is no investigation pending on the file of the second respondent. The criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition in the manner known to law, if so advised.
