This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.2706 of 2026 by order dated 16.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.2706 of 2026 on 16.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under EC Act, Thanjavur, once in a month ie., on 1st Working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
