A.Robinson, Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the 1st respondent this Court made the following order: This court directed the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.3852 of 2018 on 16.09.2019. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli has sought for further extension of time till February 2021.
