Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to file FIR against the respondents 4 to 6 and to take appropriate legal action under Criminal law expeditiously based on petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to register an FIR against the respondents 4 to 6 and to take appropriate legal action based on petitioner's complaint dated 21.10.2020.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the complaint, dated 21.10.2020.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint.

4.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to consider the complaint, dated 21.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
