ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking Police protection. 2.The petitioner claims that she is a disabled person and she is also a retired Court staff. She is having property at Kaliyankadu village. The petitioner has lodged a complaint that her husband and her son are not permitting her to reside in the house by creating document in their favour. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent Police and filed this application. 3.In the event, if the petitioner's husband and son are threatening her, she is having a remedy before the civil Court. The Police has nothing to do with the affairs of the petitioner. However, the petitioner made specific allegation that they are preventing her to reside in the house.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submits that the subject house is 2/4

under locked and no one is residing in the said house. 5.In the event, if the petitioner is the owner of the house, she is entitled to reside in the said house and if anybody is coercing her, the respondent police shall ensure that there is no criminal act as against the petitioner.
