The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ first respondent to consider the application dated 05.10.2015 of the petitioner and survey and peg-mark the boundaries of the petitioner

panchayat land of 1 1⁄2 cents measuring 45 ft. length and 14 ft. width situated in the 6th part from East in Survey No.130/6 (total admeasuring 36 cents) in Silukkuvarpatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District and assist the petitioner Panchayat to fence and protect the said land in the presence of the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the parties, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
