This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the Section SC/ST (PA) Amendment Act in connection with Crime No.119 of 2016 for the offences U/s. IT (Amendment) Act 2008 INF-C Section 66, Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002, under Section 4 and Section 506(1) of IPC on the file of the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that now the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.201 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and is pending for trial. 4.At this juncture, if any incriminating evidence for the other offence is made out during the trial, the petitioner is at liberty to invoke Section 216 of Cr.P.C.
5.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
