This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.10 of 2016 registered on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned.
2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that in this case, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
