Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JANARTH KUMAR B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the fourth respondent to recover the jewels of the petitioner, in the light of the order, dated 07.12.2020, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5889 of 2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3493 of 2018. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.11103 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to not press the relief in respect of first prayer. 3.In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 07.12.2020, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5889 of 2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3493 of 2018. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is partly allowed and dismissed as not pressed, in respect of first prayer in this petition.
