This Writ Petition has been filed restraining the respondents from imposing any penalty pursuant to the show cause notice dated 19.05.2020 issued by the second respondent.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that after conducting due enquiry, final order has been passed and the amount liable to be paid by the petitioner was recovered. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
