ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property situated in Survey Nos.473/2A, 473/2B, 473/2C and 473/5 with an extent of 2.72 Acres at Porutthalur Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur Districtr, by considering his representation dated 11.06.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Mohammed Halith, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam
Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, her mother, Ammani Ammal, purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 25.02.1961. After the demise of the petitioner's mother, the patta was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.204. The petitioner submitted an online application on 03.05.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/14/004148, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of petitioner's mother, Ammani Ammal, respondents 4 and 5 and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
