J U D G M E N T
[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 11.04.2019, passed in W.P.(MD) No.6703 of 2019.
2. The learned Single Judge has recorded the fact that the third respondent - Checking Inspector of the respondent - Transport Corporation has already retired from service even at the time of disposal of the writ petition i.e. on 11.04.2019. In view of the retirement of the third respondent, the complaint given by the appellant has not been taken into consideration. This
being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this writ appeal and the same is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
