ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 480 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection for condoning the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 480 days, however, on payment of costs.
