PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2023 and to correct the wrong entries in Survey No.23/10 (Jameen Adangal Survey No.60 Nir B2Lakka Patta) for 47 cents, 23/11 (Jameen Adangal Survey No.16-Nir B2 Lakka Patta) for 73 cents on the basis of the Partition Deed No.1062/1950 dated 14.06.1950 and Survey No.23/12 (Jameen Adangal-15) having an extent of 8 1⁄2 cents on the basis of the Sale Deed No.1072/1956 dated 30.06.1956 and to make correct entries in "A" Register and other revenue records of Melapatti Village, Sivalarpatti Revenue Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2023 is under consideration and the respondents will pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
