Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action to remove the unauthorized construction erected by the respondent No.4 in Survey Nos.270/1, 261/3 in Kannanendal Panchayat, Thirupalai post, Madurai District.

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the unauthorised construction said to have been committed by the fourth respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Survey Nos.270/1, 261/3 in Kannanendal Panchayat, Thirupalai Post, Madurai District.

2.We direct the first respondent to enquire into the matter. If any deviation is noticed, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
