(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 480 days in filing the above writ appeal against the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27102 of 2019 dated 02.03.2023.

2.Today, when the Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the issue on hand has gone upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court and attained finality. 2/4
