ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Dindigul to dispose the execution proceedings in E.P.No.67 of 2023 in O.S.No.62 of 2018 within the time to be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 3.The petitioners are the legal heirs of the original plaintiff in O.S.No. 62 of 2018 filed for specific performance. The petitioner filed execution of the decree and judgment granted in that suit in E.P.No.67 of 2023. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the execution petition filed by the petitioner to execute the decree and judgment is pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the execution proceedings in E.P.No.67 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
