ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 21.10.2020 submitted by the petitioner and to take suitable action against Respondent No.3.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that appropriate action was already taken against Respondent No.3, which ended in imposing punishment of censure against Respondent No.3 through proceedings dated 12.09.2023.
