The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2016 which relates to granting 4th review benefits and pay revision and pension revision, in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered into under Section 12(3) of the Industrial Disputes Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
3. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2016 and pass orders in the light of the GO.Ms.No.61 Transport (C) Department dated 30.04.2015 and in terms of Settlement dated 22.01.2011 entered into Under Section 12(3) of Industrial Disputes Act, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
