ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned registration is fraudulent. She has moved the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the fourth respondent on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
