ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 24.06.2024, to cancel the sale deed.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The second respondent has no power to cancel any deed of conveyance, in view of the judgment of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel vs. The Inspector General of Registration, reported in 2024 (4) CTC 769.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence,, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
