[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted for a mandamus to direct the third respondent to drop the proposed plan for construction of the public toilet near Seydunganallur cattle pound and subsequently direct the third respondent to renovate the existing, non-functional public toilet within the market, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2025.

2. Construction of toilet in a public place is the scheme being implemented to provide facility to the public. Further, the direction sought for to renovate the toilet would indicate that there is a need for providing public toilet in that locality. Now new toilets are being constructed in public places. Thus, this Writ Petition itself is mis2/4

conceived and therefore, the same stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
