O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015 and to give the pension amount to the petitioner w.e.f. January 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3. The only grievance of the petitioner is that the authorities have stopped the payment of pension on the ground that she is stated to be dead, whereas in the affidavit filed before this Court, the petitioner has stated that she is still alive.

4. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
