ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.213 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent to third respondent, and to direct the third respondent to investigate further on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.09.2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Executive Magistrate.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without conducting proper enquiry, the respondent police closed the FIR and also the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
