ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct enquiry against the fourth respondent, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 23.10.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that disciplinary action was initiated against the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent was also suspended from service and the disciplinary proceedings are also completed.

3. The above said submission was also reiterated by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. NCC : Yes/No 06.10.2023 Index : Yes/No smn2 2/4
