ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 01.10.2019, and upon perusing letter in D.No.400/2021 dated 04.06.
2021 by the Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thanjavur, this Court made the following order: This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.170 of 2017. 2.This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by order dated 01.10.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.170 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of four months to dispose of the said case.

3.Due to pandemic period, Court has been closed.
